Security deposit
We inform our guests that a security deposit of EURO 300,00 is required upon arrival. In addition, it must be paid in cash; it will be reimbursed to you upon check-out, after an inspection of the state of the accommodation.
Use of kitchen
We would like to inform you that in the House you will not find the usual hobs (gas or induction) for cooking hot dishes, such as pasta, meat or other foods, as a rule of the Residence is the non-use of the cooking area, to encourage you to discover and savour the delicacies offered by our gastronomic tradition that you will find in the many restaurants, and farmhouses in the area.
Animals allowed
Small animals, weighing no more than 7 kg, are allowed on request with a maximum of 1 animal per booking. In addition, a cleaning fee of Euro 30.00 per stay is payable.
