At the end of the 1800s, Domu Manca was born among the stone houses and silent streets of a small Barony town, Torpè, the ‘nest’ of the Manca family for several generations. And it is precisely for this sweet memory that part of the family has brought the house back to its former glory.

Located on a secluded path with no traffic, the house is peaceful and quiet, despite being in the centre of the town and very close to the most interesting services. The deep walls built more than a hundred years ago offer natural soundproofing, just as the high ceilings create a fresh and bright space.
Located in the quiet historic centre of Torpè, with the most important services nearby, within walking distance, but at the same time very close to the first beach. In fact, the privileged position of the house makes it the ideal starting point for visiting the main tourist attractions, such as the Costa Smeralda, Orgosolo, Dorgali or some of the most famous beaches and places in Sardinia, such as Cala Brandinchi or Bérchida.
Going beyond a wooden door, you enter a large hall, with a brick vault made by hand over a hundred years ago, which, on one side, continues into a bright living room with a small kitchenette equipped for snacks, breakfasts or cold dishes; on the other hand you will also find brickwork in the bathroom, which is spacious and welcoming.
Going up to the first floor, where you will find the master bedroom and the living room, you will be pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, characterised by walls and ceilings with ancient frescoes, partially brought to light thanks to an accurate and careful restoration of the house.
From the living room, a spiral staircase leads up to the terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the historic centre, until you see the Castello della Fava di Posada in the distance.
